Today I meet my dad’s friend, although I dunno his name but I think most of u also know him. He work at ‘Medan Selera’, he cook VERY delicious Western-style food and surprisely it is cheap too~ He is a Indian but he totally dunno Indian language, but he can speak fluently mandarin and Cantonese, I was Totally!! Shock ._. bcoz even I also cant do that. My dad say he been rise by Chinese because his mum don wan him, so he can speak mandarin and Cantonese but not Tamil~ >.<” I also heard that he last time is a Hotel Cooker and took photo with谢霆锋(if not wrong, so don ply ply a) :P
My dad like to eat beefsteak, but he don wan sell coz he say it is too expensive for them. Now I only noe beef cannot last for 4days, if after 4days u nid to throw away or u can cook Redang -_-. Furthermore, he say beef import from New Zealand cost RM 20-40/Kilo n many ppl cannot afford it. Normally, we eat at E.G or at T.C(guess urself) there put many chemical inside n he say even a pregnant woman eat too much will ‘Jatuh’ her baby…. -_-(mean next time u don wan ur baby u can go try try xD) He told us the T.C cooker’s Sifu is his student, he teach the student Half n it cost RM3000, n the T.C sifu teach the T.C cooker half again, mean he only learn ? things… LOL!! He suggest us don eat too many at T.C coz full of chemical and the best way is cook ourself. He say he don wan earn much coz he say he just wan to waste time if not the 2 of them(I mean him and his wife xD) will be vry SIEN. He never put chemical in his meat to make it ‘tahan’ long n earn many, bcoz he don wan earn the few ringgit n say ‘GOODBYE’ to his friends that eat his food. This make me fell touching T.T….
Early in the morning 7oclock, he nid go buy many ingredient, before 10oclock MUST reach his shop n start to Cut fish and take off the chicken skin out, cook the sauce (buzy buzy). At nite 7-9oclock is the most buzy time for them especially Saturday n Sunday, he nid cook almost 200-300 plate with 1 cooker(him lo) n 8 Supreme HOTPLATE at that time and most funny he say hot until his underwear also become wet…. (mean he nid bring few underwear to work? :P) He told me, never EVER work as a cooker, if wan cook also go to Hotel work but not like him work at ‘Tepi Jalan’. This make me fell Wordless……. But thx to him I got ‘ALASAN’ told my mum not to become a cooker xD, hehe…
Lastly, I recommend u all to recommend more ppl to eat at this although is small, cheap(cheap does not mean it have no quality and quantity) and not like the big restaurant got air-con but u still can enjoy a tasty food who make by a good-hearted cooker who care the health of customer. But the sad case is he thinking of close the shop after 1-2years, so you all should faster try try~ ? Enjoy
